Start of the Panhellenic Chess Championship for the Blind in Piraeus


The Panhellenic Chess Championship for the blind and partially sighted will take place at a hotel in Piraeus, from tomorrow Wednesday 20 to Sunday 24 September. The national championship will be attended by 30 athletes from 8 clubs from all over Greece (PETA, TORCH, AST HEPHAESTUS, CLIO THESSALONIKI, MEGALONISOS, PEGASUS KYPSELIS, EN SOMATI YGEI, PANATHINAIKOS DISABLED).
The race schedule
1st round: Wednesday (20/9) 17:00 -20:00
2nd round: Thursday (21/9) 10:00 -13:00 and 3rd round: 17:00 -20:00
4th round: Friday (22/9) 10:00-13:00 and 5th round: 17:00 -20:00
Round 6: Saturday (23/9) 17:00 – 20:00
7th round: Sunday (24/9) 9:00 -12:00 and
Closing ceremony: 12:00-12:30
