After the High School of Kopanos, Naoussa, the Intercultural Gymnasium of Evosmos and the two Primary Schools in Thessaloniki, it was the turn of the students, of the 2nd Gymnasium of Nea Smyrni, on Monday (30/1) to get to know some of the Paralympic Sports, of the National Sports Federation of People with Disabilities.
This program is addressed to students of Elementary, Special Elementary School, Gymnasium, Special Gymnasium, General Lyceum, E.E.E.E.K.
The presentation at the 2nd High School of Nea Smyrni was undertaken by the Athletics coach of the Federation Chrysoula Orfanou, the also Federal table tennis coach Eleftheria Daoundaki, along with recently "bronze" world champion of table tennis Evanthia-Irene Bournia.
In addition to table tennis, seating volleyball and boccia... they caught the attention of students, with student participation being massive. This shows how interesting young children find the sports of EAOM-PWD and how important the educational program approved by IEP, of the National Sports Federation of People with Disabilities, proves to be.
