A mobile Olympic and Paralympic Games museum is currently touring Brazil, bringing a treasure trove of sporting memorabilia and historical information to no fewer than 45 cities across the country. Two trailers transporting the exhibits will clock up 30,000 kilometres on their journey, allowing visitors from every one of the host nation’s regions to immerse themselves in the biggest sporting event on the planet.
The collection includes a number of items sourced from the Olympic Museum in the Swiss city of Lausanne, as well as those contributed by the Brazilian Olympic Committee and the Rio 2016 Organising Committee. Alongside unique memorabilia, interactive digital content brings the history of the Olympic and Paralympic Games to life, with a special focus on Brazil’s participation.
