Very good performances for the Greek Paralympic champions at the Boccia World Championships

Her opponent was Wen Kay Ho of Hong Kong, with the Chinese woman eventually winning 4-1 and stopping the Greek woman's path to the medals.
Grigoris Polychronidis, in the men's category, with ramp operator Katerina Patroni did not manage to make it to the 8th round of the tournament, was defeated by Poland's Damian Iskrzyski, 5-1 and will not have the opportunity to defend his title.
