International successes for Greek Paralympic Cycling

Katerina El Latif and the women's new tandem consisting of Evgenia Stamatis/Argyro Milakis (pilot), gave Greek road cycling the first international distinctions in 2021. El Latif, as part of the Paracycling Classics Ronde In Flanders Brugge-Ronse, ranked 2nd in the T2 category race with 1:26:00 (p.p. no official award was made in its category), while Stamatis/Milakis found themselves on the third step of the winners' podium with 2:09:30 in category B. In the first case, Greece won 26 points in the world ranking, while it took another 22 from the Greek duo.

Also from the Greek side Athanasios Syrmas was 5th in the H5 category, while the tandem of Konstantinos Ephraim Tsagatakis/Dimitris Skintzis (pilot) was ranked 7th. In category C2 Nikos Papagelis took 8th place, while in categories C4 and C5, Nikolaos Papakyrigakis and Theodoros Christodoulou took 10th and 13th place respectively. The duo Nikolaos Manatakis/Panagiotis Koletas (pilot) could not finish, as could Fotios Vorizanakis (T2) and Ekaterina Sarantis (H4).
