The Beijing Olympic Museum in the Network of Olympic Museums

The Beijing Olympic Museum, which commemorates both the 2008 Olympic Games and the 2022 Winter Olympics, joined the global network of Olympic Museums as its 33rd member. Located inside the "Bird's Nest" (National Stadium), the museum features 34,500 square meters of exhibits and multimedia exhibits that transport visitors to Beijing's history, sports culture, and Olympic heritage.

The Beijing Museum was elected to the Network of Olympic Museums during the 17th General Assembly at the Lausanne Olympic Museum late last year. During the General Assembly, Beijing Director Hu Ming presented the museum's goals and plans to the 56 representatives of 32 Olympic Museums from 22 countries.
