The established annual awards ceremony of the Hellenic Olympic Committee will be held on Monday, January 16 at 18:30 at the HOC Amphitheater.
Those athletes who won a medal in 2022 at the European and World Championships at the level of men and women, in Olympic sports, will be honored.
At the same time, the young athletes who won a medal at the European Youth Olympic Festival held in Banska Bistrica, Slovakia, will also be awarded.
The HOC will once again this year award the honorary "Dimitrios Vikellas" awards to people who have selflessly contributed to Olympism and Sports.
For 2022, the former HOC President and IOC member Mr. Lambis Nikolaou will be awarded for his overall contribution to Olympism and Mrs. Marianna Latsis for the support of the athletes of the Pre-Olympic team through the Olympic Scholarships of the Latsis Foundation.
The HOC awards ceremony will be televised by NOVA.
