PPC's customers and any interested party can through the https://www.dei.gr/ visit the app https://serviceforall.dei.gr/ to schedule their appointment with a representative of Customer Service, in the presence of a sign interpreter in order to get information but also to resolve their every request. Specifically:
- The selection of the appointment is carried out in simple steps through the application https://serviceforall.dei.gr/ where the customer receives a confirmation sms και e–mail with login details,
- During the scheduled appointment, the customer participates in a video call, in the presence of an interpreter who uses Greek Sign Language and is served by a specialized representative of Customer Service,
- Through the application, it is possible to send documents and messages via chat,
- At the end of the communication, the customer receives an sms in order to answer a Satisfaction Survey to 3 short questions.
The service is available from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 21:00.
