Final – Complete exclusion of Russia and Belarus from the Beijing Paralympic Games

Athletes from Russia and Belarus were definitively excluded from the Paralympic Games in Beijing and will not be able to compete even as neutrals.

The decision was taken today by the International Paralympic Committee, which was criticised yesterday after its initial decision to allow athletes to participate without the flag of their countries.
