Refugee athletes of the Tokyo Paralympic Games

Paralympic Sports operates in Greece as a tool for social inclusion and empowerment for refugees with disabilities thanks to the program of the Hellenic Paralympic Committee (EPE) with the support of the Agitos Foundation of the International Paralympic Committee but also with the support of the European Union and in cooperation with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Greece (UNHCR).
The President of the Greek Paralympic Committee [LTD] Mr. Christos Kaloudis presented the refugee athletes, Ibrahim Al Hussein and Alia Issa, who will compete in the Paralympic Games TOKIO 2020. Together was the director of EPE Mr. Sakis Kostaris
