On Monday in Athens, the President of the International Olympic Committee

International Olympic Committee President Thomas Bach will pay a two-day visit to Athens on 29 and 30 March. It's going to be Dr. Bailey's first trip. Thomas Bach after being re-elected to the presidency of the International Olympic Committee until 2025, in this way honouring the country that gave birth to the Olympic Games.

The President of the IOC will inaugurate the digital exhibition with all modern Olympians in the building of the Hellenic Olympic Committee and will also attend the event for the opening of the renewed lighting of the Panathinaikos Stadium, in the presence of the President of the Republic Mrs Katerina Sakellaropoulou. On Tuesday 30 March, Mr Thomas Bach will have meetings with the President of the Republic and Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis. At the opening of the digital exhibition at the headquarters of the EEE and the renewed lighting of the Panathinaikos Stadium, the health protocols will be strictly adhered to and entrance will not be allowed for the protection of public health.
