The Executive Board of the International Olympic Committee met via teleconference and decided that the 137TH IOC Summit will be held in Athens from 10 to 12 March 2021. The decision to organise the Session by the Hellenic Olympic Committee was taken from June 2019 and finalised by the Executive Board which will also meet in Athens from 7 to 9 March 2021.
The guidelines on the election of the PRESIDENT of the IOC during the 137 Session of the International Olympic Committee were also adopted. IOC President Thomas Bach has announced since the previous Session that he will run again.
