HOC gives €200,000 to Sports Federations for medals in Paris
The Hellenic Olympic Committee in the last plenary session decided to subsidize with a total of 200.00 euros the Sports Federations whose athletes will win medals at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Also, each athlete who has qualified for the Olympic Games will receive the remaining half of the 5,000 euros from the 10,000 euro scholarship decided by the HOC in June 2023 as a reward for the members of Team Hellas who will travel to Paris.
Following the recommendation of the President of the Olympic Preparation Committee, Yiannis Carras, the following amounts of money will be given, the last before Paris, to Sports Federations for Olympic Preparation of athletes:
€100,000 to the Hellenic Swimming Federation for all members of the Olympic team.
19,000 to the Hellenic Wrestling Fans Federation for Prevolaraki and Kougioumtsidis and Kurugliev
27,500 euros and 27,500 dollars to SEGAS, also for the members of the Olympic team.
