Greece will be represented with 67 boys and girls at the European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) to be held from 22 to 29 July in Maribor, Slovenia.
Team Hellas will depart at dawn on Saturday with Thomas Tokas as Head of Mission and the 42 boys and 25 girls will take part in gymnastics, athletics, 3x3 basketball, judo, mountain bike, road cycling, skateboarding, swimming, tennis and volleyball.
The European Youth Olympic Festival organized by the European Olympic Committees is attended by boys and girls aged 14-18 and is essentially the forerunner of the Olympic Games for young athletes.
