The Panhellenic Chess Championship for the blind and partially sighted was successfully completed

The Panhellenic Chess Championship for the blind and partially sighted 2022 ended in Athens with the participation of 27 chess players from 7 clubs for people with disabilities After the forced two-year break due to the pandemic, we come back stronger with new players from Rhodes and Syros.

We thank Mrs. Ioanna Karyofyllis, president of the NATIONAL SPORTS FEDERATION OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES who was in charge of the organization Also the president of ESO Stathis Efstathopoulos who insisted that the historic club PETA return to competitive action as an equal club in the club program of the ESO.
