The first building to be erected in Elliniko was presented by the Lamda Development, which will house 4 associations with disabilities. It is a model building complex for people with disabilities, which is expected to be completed in the first half of 2023.

With state-of-the-art facilities, fully harmonized with the international standards for sustainable development, the first building constructed by Lamda Development in Greek comes to cover with respect essential and functional needs of people with disabilities in their daily lives, while encouraging integration into society in a smooth and effective way.

In this building will find shelter the associations for people with disabilities: Amymoni, Hermes, Niki, and Association of People with Multiple Sclerosis – SAMSKP.
