The national championship of golf was successfully completed

The Thunderbolt in the men and the Clio of Thessaloniki in the women, first in the National Championship of Golf, which was held in the indoor gymnasium of Metamorfosi "Kostas Arvanitis".

In the men's final, the Thunder defeated Clio Of Thessaloniki 9-4, while the third place was taken by Ionas after the 6-5 victory over Hephaestus.

In women's, Clio Of Thessaloniki prevailed 10-5 over Hephaestus, while the third place was taken by the Thunderbolt.

The premiere matches were attended by the General Secretary of Sports, Mr. George Mavrotas, while the President of the Board of Directors of EOOM-People with Disabilities and member of the executive board of IBSA, Mrs. Ioanna Karyofylli, the General Secretary for Social Solidarity and Combating Poverty, Mr. George Stamatis, the Deputy Regional Governor of the Northern Sector of Athens, Mrs. Loukia Kefalogianni, as well as the Deputy Mayor of Education, Culture and Sports of the Municipality of Metamorfosi, Mr. Nikolaos Zygounas.

The Cup to the teams that first entered the event, was delivered by Mrs. Kefalogianni to the women and Mr. Stamatis to the men, while the medals were presented to the women by Mrs. Karyofylli, Sophia Lefki Chamonikolaou, Director and President the Board of Keat, Mrs. Konstantinia Sotiriadi, Special Secretary of the Board of Directors of E.A.O.O. People with disabilities and President of the Technical Committee.

Accordingly, the medals were won by Mr. Dimitris Sifakis, First Vice President of the Board of Directors of E.A.O.O.
