Fourth place in the giant slalom race, the Alpine Ski World Cup held in Kaunertal, Austria, was occupied by Evangelia Nikos. In the first round he went down with a time of 1.05:46 while in the second round with a time of 58.27.
Austrians Veronica Igner and Elina Stary finished first and second, while Germany's Louisa Grube finished third. The Greek athlete competes in the World and European Alpine Ski Cup held 3-5 December 2020 in Cownertal, Austria along with her accompanying athlete and coach Dimitrios Profenza. The Greveniotian athlete competing in the B3 category of visually impaired athletes is claiming qualification for the Beijing 2022 Paralympic Games. The Greek mission has been in Austria since Monday and will compete in both the World and The European WPAS Cup in Kaunertal which will conclude on Friday.
