Spyros Kapralos, candidate President of the European Olympic Committees

His nomination for the post of President of the European Olympic Committees was submitted by the President of the Hellenic Olympic Committee and IOC member Spyros Kapralos, during the 49th General Assembly of the European Olympic Committees held by teleconference.
