The biggest multisport and cultural celebration in Argentinian history now has a slogan. The Organising Committee of the 2018 Buenos Aires Youth Olympic Games has announced the “Breathe the future” slogan and manifesto, which intends to underline the hope that the 3,998 athletes participating in the first Games under a strict gender equality will become examples of passion, coexistence and unity in diversity, as well as a source of inspiration to create a better world through sport.
With less than 100 days to the Opening ceremony, the countdown continues for Buenos Aires 2018. From October 6 to 18, the Argentine capital will receive the largest multisport event in history and will be the main center of attention for everyone. There will be 32 sports, 12 days of competition, 29 playgrounds, 286 sports sessions, 1,250 medals and more than 1,200 cultural activities.
