Opening for the selection of the volunteers for the Youth Olympics of 2018

The Buenos Aires 2018 Youth Olympic Games Organizing Committee will celebrate on December 5, the International Volunteer Day with the launching of the largest sports volunteer program in the Argentine history. The registration of candidates will be done online at www.buenosaires2018.com and will be opened until March 31.

The 8,000 volunteers for Buenos Aires 2018 will be chosen from a list of local and foreign candidates. They must be of age (+18) before the Games start on October 6, 2018 and there’s no age limit. One of the requirements is that they are available during a minimum of 10 days so as to take part in the events. Assessment criteria are multiple: education, languages or experience in large events and within the required areas. Aptitudes will be studied case by case. The Buenos Aires 2018 Youth Olympic Games will be held between October 6 and October 18, with almost 3,998 athletes from 206 countries.
