The Croatian Olympic Committee celebrated the 25th anniversary two days ago. The President of the Committee Zlatko Matesa, welcomed the IOC President Thomas Bach at the Presidential Palace, where they were received by Croatian President Ms Kolinda Grabar Kitarovic.
Following a mid-day press conference at the Museum of Contemporary Art, President Matesa' guests attended the main ceremony for the 25th anniversary of the founding of the Croatian Olympic Committee, which was established on September 10, 1991. During the ceremony they met a number of Croatian Olympic medal winners, and the best and most promising young Croatian athletes will evoke memories of basketball legend Drazen Petrovic.
