Fashion, arts and business support the Olympic Rome!

Rome 2024 has announced an extraordinary lineup of seventeen new “champion” ambassadors in support of its bid to host the 2024 Olympics and Paralympics. The list of “champions”, comprised of universally-recognized and beloved Italian figures epitomizing all that is Made in Italy, includes big names from the film, music, fine dining, art and business spheres.

Those teaming up to support the Rome 2024 movement include: Roberto Benigni, Andrea Bocelli, Monica Bellucci, Ennio Morricone, Giuseppe Tornatore, Massimo Bottura, Paolo Sorrentino, Riccardo Muti, Laura Pausini, Giorgio Armani, Giovanni Ferrero, Guido Barilla, Andrea Agnelli, Nerio Alessandri, Alessandro Benetton, Alberica Antinori and Marco Tronchetti. In a joint statement, the group underscored their pride in Rome being a candidate for the XXXIII edition of the Summer Olympics and Paralympics, pronouncing Rome 2024 as “an opportunity we can't miss out on, and a chance to leave an important legacy for the city and the entire nation”.
