The first day of the 41st Seminar of the European Olympic Committees (EOC) ended in Samorin, Slovakia, on Thursday, November 25th.

The meeting began with greetings from the President of the EUI Spyros Capralos in his capacity as President of the European Olympic Committees, the Secretary General of the Slovak Olympic and Sports Committee Josef Liba and Ivan Husar, Deputy Minister of Sports of the Slovak Republic
