Support of the Olympic Village by the Hellenic Olympic Committee

The Hellenic Olympic Committee continued to support the Olympic Village through a donation of equipment and items that will significantly upgrade the Central Square.

The New Generation Association "Praxis" and the Women's Association of the Olympic Village welcomed with great pleasure the Director of the Hellenic Olympic Committee, Mrs. Tenia Mavropoulou, and enthusiastically received the new benches and waste bins that will be installed immediately in the Olympic Winners Square, improving the living conditions in the Olympic Village.
The representatives of the two clubs warmly thanked the Hellenic Olympic Committee and especially its President Spyros Capralos, for the long-term and practical support, which helps to keep the village alive and to upgrade the infrastructure created 17 years ago for the needs of the Athens 2004 Olympic Games.
