Dora Palli received a very honorable proposal from the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Federation of Modern Pentathlon con. Velissario Tropuki to lead a combination in the upcoming Federation elections. Having served the sport for many years, he accepted it with great joy and a sense of responsibility. The elections will take place on 20 March 2021.
Modern pentathlon is a historical sport designed by Baron Pierre de Coberten as part of the Ancient Games and has been involved in the Olympic Games since 1912. The Hellenic Federation of Modern Pentathlon (Union Internationale de Pentathlon Moderne-U.I.P.M.) and the European Federation of Modern Pentathlon (E.C.M.P.).
Since January 2016, she has been responsible for the – also Olympic – sport of triathlon, and since July 2016 for the sport of Rugby League, following decisions of the General Secretariat of Sport.
