The Municipality of Kalamaria, as part of the effort to best serve disabled students attending the schools of Kalamaria, managed with systematic and targeted work to integrate into the program "FILODIMOS II", the project "Construction of ramps and sanitary areas for the access and service of disabled people in school units", with a total budget of 435,070,96 €.
In particular, ramps will be built in 20 school buildings that do not currently have, in 3 kindergartens, 11 Primary and 6 Gymnasiums/Lycia (8th, 22nd and 27th Kindergartens, 3rd, 4th–15th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 13th, 18th, 20th Elementary and 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 6th Gymnasiums / Lyceums, 4th – 5th High School and 9th High School) facilitating the disabled during their access to classrooms and hygiene areas of schools.
