The second educational Session of the International Olympic Academy for the year 2017 commences on Thursday, the 25thof May, with the arrival of the participants in Athens. It is the 12th International Session for Educators of Higher Institutes of Physical Education that will be concluded on the 1st of June 2017. The 73 participants of the Session are nominated by their National Olympic Academies and their National Olympic Committees as well as by Physical Education Universities from all over the world.
Seven eminent lecturers will develop the special subject of the session that is “Olympism and Governance”. The opening of the works of the session will be declared on Friday afternoon, at the IOA premises in Ancient Olympia, by the IOA President Michael Fysentzidis.
