Hungary's Olympic Committee announced that 16 mostly Eastern European countries, support Budapest's bid for the 2024 Olympics Games. Olympic committees from countries as Albania, Austria, Croatia and Turkey, clearly support the biding of the Hungary’s capital city. Remarkable is the comment of Zlatko Matesa, head of Croatia's Olympic body, who said that Budapest was capable of hosting the games and its location made it their natural choice.
The other bidding cities for the 2024 Olympics are Los Angeles, Paris, Rome and Hamburg and the host will be chosen in September 2017 at IOC Session.
